COGEIM EUROPE s.r.l. dal 1970 progetta e produce, nella sua sede di Casorezzo (Milano) impianti per il trattamento di superficie, e più specificatamente granigliatrici, impianti di sterratura, sabbiatrici e pallinatrici, commercializzandoli in tutto il mondo. L’operazione di granigliatura garantisce la pulizia ed il condizionamento delle superfici sia metalliche che quelle di manufatti in pietra naturale o cemento. Gli impianti COGEIM sono pertanto impiegati in numerose applicazioni, che riguardano l’industria meccanica in generale, come pure acciaierie, fonderie, carpenterie, la verniciatura industriale e la forgiatura, mentre nel settore che riguarda la pietra sono incluse le imprese che lavorano il granito, il marmo ed il cemento.
L’azienda dispone di due unità produttive per una superficie totale coperta di 14000 m² nelle quali operano oltre 90 dipendenti. Tutti gli impianti COGEIM vengono interamente realizzati nelle nostre officine, partendo dalle materie prime di base (lamiere, profilati) per arrivare al collaudo dell’impianto finito, passando per la saldatura, il montaggio, la verniciatura, l’installazione dell’impianto elettrico, ecc.
Il controllo della qualità è pertanto realizzato costantemente in tutto il processo, a garanzia di impianti con alto valore aggiunto per la clientela, consistente in una riduzione dei costi di manutenzione, maggior solidità e robustezza della macchina ed un’elevata resa produttiva nel tempo.
In COGEIM ogni fase produttiva viene monitorata tramite un software gestionale all’avanguardia, che permette di sapere in tempo reale lo stato di avanzamento lavori e definire con precisione le tempistiche di consegna.
Inoltre, dal 1999 l’Azienda è in possesso della certificazione ISO 9001:2008 che nel 2017 è stata sostituita dalla nuova normativa ISO 9001:2015.
L’esperienza dei progettisti COGEIM, unita alla loro formazione tecnica e alla continua innovazione tecnologica, consente di produrre macchinari totalmente personalizzati, in modo da soddisfare al meglio i bisogni del cliente in termini di produttività e qualità del manufatto trattato.
Ogni anno vengono consegnati centinaia di impianti in tutto il mondo, ed il trend è in costante aumento tanto che nell’ultimo anno sono state consegnate 150 granigliatrici. Tutto questo grazie al continuo aggiornamento degli impianti di produzione e dei continui investimenti nella ricerca di soluzioni innovative.

We have manufactured about 2500 shotblasting installations so far which have been supplied to customers all over the world.
Nowadays we’ve been manufacturing about 120 installations per year.

We can count on lots of installations supplied to the metal structural works industry in order to treat the surface of very heavy and big structures, as well as our well-known shotblasting machine mod. “ORIZONTAL” for the cleaning of plates, profiles and welded structures.
We have also faced up to our customers particular needs by supplying installations to the following industries: forged works, taps and fittings, valves, machine tools and subcontractors operating in the shotblasting and painting sectors.
Furthermore we’ve also provided to foundries several desanding and shotblasting installations some of which have huge dimensions.
We would like to point out our particular experience in the shotblasting of aluminium pressure die-casting works: in fact the continuous development of technical knowledge stimulate and permit us to solve the different problems coming out after casting the works by using more and more automatic machines. Such installations are able to choose automatically all processing parameters such as cycle time, abrasive throw speed, abrasive spread capacity, conveyor speed and all other variable data according to a programming code.
Our range of machines also includes several installations for the “shotpeening” treatment and some special units for the surface roughening treatment of marbles, natural stone, granite, concrete, artificial marble workpieces. We regard ourselves as one of the most qualified companies in this sector as we’ve been always operating for it and have provided more than 500 installations of this kind all over the world.
